Terms of Service

Last updated August 28, 2026.

The service

theKingOf.Top provides a paid public leaderboard. Confirmed payments determine cumulative position; they do not purchase followers, traffic, endorsements, or performance.

Submissions and moderation

You must be authorized to submit a profile and must not submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or malicious content. We may deactivate or remove entries without deleting the financial audit record.

Payments and refunds

Stripe processes payments. Payments are final except where required by law or expressly approved. Approved refunds may reduce rank.
